Freewheel Trivia (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Freewheel Trivia app.
Freewheel Trivia does not require an account.
To provide the game, we may process information you provide during gameplay, including player names and trivia responses.
If you use voice features, your audio may be processed by Apple’s speech recognition services to convert your speech to text. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers.
We may also process information necessary to operate the app, such as game state, scores, purchase status, notification tokens if you enable notifications, support messages you send us, and limited technical or diagnostic information.
We use information only as needed to provide and operate Freewheel Trivia, including recognizing and evaluating trivia answers, generating spoken game content, maintaining game progress, verifying purchases, providing optional notifications, responding to support requests, and maintaining the security and reliability of the app.
Some information may be processed by third-party service providers that provide artificial intelligence, speech, voice-generation, cloud, and other services used to operate Freewheel Trivia.
We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve Freewheel Trivia or as required by law.
You can disable microphone, speech recognition, or notification access through your device settings.
You may contact us at the email address below to request deletion of information we can reasonably identify as relating to you. Because Freewheel Trivia does not use user accounts, we may not always be able to identify information associated with a particular user.
Freewheel Trivia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above.
